30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. For fragile glassware, please keep protective inserts and use secure packaging for any authorized return.

Email service@cavrelu.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and photos when reporting breakage, damage or an incorrect item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
