You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing service@cavrelu.com. Include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request.
Return Condition
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, including protective inserts where supplied. Include your order number or other proof of purchase.
These conditions do not restrict your rights concerning defective, damaged-on-arrival, or misdescribed goods.

Keep children and pets away from broken glass, and do not handle sharp fragments with bare hands. Retain packaging where safe while we assess the issue.
Do not send broken glass back without receiving specific instructions from our support team.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Contact us with your order number if you need help tracing an expected refund.
Exchanges
