Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. Any described manufacturing or measurement variation does not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

3. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.

International orders may incur destination charges as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion fees.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.

4. Orders and Availability

An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee stock availability or fulfillment.

If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, payment cannot be processed, or an order raises suspected fraud concerns, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the affected order.

Payments collected for canceled items and associated charges that no longer apply will be refunded. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges, processing information, and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Corrections may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Email service@cavrelu.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We will check whether the request can be accommodated based on the order’s status.

A change or cancellation is only confirmed once we acknowledge it. If an order has shipped, refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Returns and Product Issues

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before sending an item back.

If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and supporting photos where safe. Do not handle sharp fragments with bare hands or ship broken glass without specific instructions.

Return conditions do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.

8. Glassware Care and Safe Use

Follow the individual product listing and supplied care instructions. Inspect glassware before each use and stop using any cup with chips, cracks, or a damaged handle.

Avoid sudden temperature changes, impacts, abrasive cleaning, and direct heat. Observe any stated temperature limits.

Use caution with hot drinks, as glass and handles may become hot. Place cups on stable surfaces away from edges and children.

Damage caused by impact, thermal shock, unsuitable appliance use, or failure to follow care instructions may affect eligibility for a voluntary return. This does not exclude remedies for an underlying product defect under applicable law.

Website content belongs to Cavrelu or the relevant rights holders. You may view it for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying, republication, or exploitation requires authorization unless permitted by law.
